Webinar Registrants:
After you pay for a webinar registration, you will receive an email from NCHERM confirming your registration, and giving you the proper PIN and call-in numbers for the event. Usually, the materials for the event will be included in that email. Emails usually go out to all registrants one week before the event is to take place. Orders of DVD copies of webinars that have just taken place are usually filled within two weeks after the event has been presented.

Q: What is a webinar?
A: A webinar is a large-group conference call with a web interface over which participants view PowerPoint slides. Presenters speak over the conference call and control the slides. Participants may ask questions during the conference call at designated intervals. Q: What are the technical requirements?
A: You'll need a phone line and a connection to the Internet. The call is not streamed over the Internet at this time. Audio is done by means of a conference call, and the video portion (PowerPoint slides) is accessed on a website. Usually, participants gather around a speakerphone in a conference room, and the slides are broadcast with an LCD projector onto a screen for all participants to watch and hear. Q: How much does the webinar cost?
A: All our webinars are $249.99. This entitles your institution to one call-in line to our conference call, to access to the website during the call, and to materials for the event (usually distributed prior to the event via email). Q: Are copies of the webinar available?
A: If you want a digital copy of the event on DVD, these can be ordered with registering for the live webinar, or in conjunction with your registration for the live webinar. If you are participating in the live webinar, the cost of registration is $249.99 and you can add the DVD copy for an additional $199.99. If you are not registered for the live webinar, the cost of the DVD is $249.99. The only thing that is different between the live call and the DVD is that you cannot ask live questions when ordering the copy. But, you can view the copy multiple times, which you cannot do with the live webinar. Most of our registrants order the live webinar and the DVD copy. Often, our clients find our webinars are useful in the future for trainings. Or, you may find people are out sick or cannot attend on the day of the event, and you want them to be able to view it at a later time. Q: Can we call-in from multiple campus offices?
A: Your registration entitles you to one call-in line. Additional call-in lines can be purchased for $79.99 each. You are able to order as many extra lines as you need in our shopping cart. Q: Can we get copies of the webinar PowerPoint slides?
A: Yes, usually, a copy of the PowerPoint presentation is emailed as part of the materials for the event, or included with the DVD. For live participants, having the slides in advance gives you a backup in case you have difficulty accessing the website on the day of the event. We have also found that most of our registrants send our electronic or hardcopies of the slides to all the participants at their site, in advance, so that they can have them to reference during the event. Q: Can we pay with a cheque?
A: Yes, we accept credit cards and cheques. If you wish to register by credit card, use our secure shopping cart. If you wish to pay by cheque, download our event order form from the event announcement page and mail it to us with the cheque.
Book, Video, and Archived Webinar Orders:
All orders are usually filled within two weeks and then sent to you by US Postal Service Priority Mail. There is no additional charge for shipping and handling. Sales tax will be added to all goods shipped to PA customers (6%).
All publications, videos and webinars are governed by US Copyright laws. Fair use is granted to any entity ordering our products and governs all copying, sharing or distribution of copyrighted materials to entities other than the orderer of our products. Returns:
Any item received in damaged condition will be replaced. If you are dissatisfied with any NCHERM product, please return it for an exchange or full refund. Webinars are non-refundable once they have taken place. You may cancel any webinar registration more than seven (7) days in advance of the event by contacting NCHERM.
