Dear Colleague,

Don’t you agree that it’s high time for campus conduct administration to have its own weekly publication, dedicated solely to campus conduct matters?

THE CHRONICLE OF CAMPUS CONDUCT (CCC), the new publication by Brett Sokolow from the National Center for Higher Education Risk Management is now available.

You may have seen the first few issues of this weekly newsletter posted to the ASJA listserv. If so, you already know that it is a quick read, to-the-point, and non-technical. You’ll find helpful suggestions in every issue that you can implement today. Each issue of CCC will be between 3-5 pages. We intend it as a quick read for administrators who already have too much to read. Regular features include legal commentary with a student development twist, best practice tips of the week, model policies, quizzes to keep you sharp, promising programs, maybe even a touch of humor, and more…

CCC comes out as an electronic newsletter each Friday. It will be available for free on the ASJA list for a few more weeks, and the first eight issues will be posted to the NCHERM website. Starting in the first week of May, CCC will go out on a subscriber-only basis. It will be e-mailed weekly only to those who are paid subscribers. Please take a look at the issues of CCC archived on our website. We think you will quickly find that a subscription would be a worthwhile investment.

We invite you to become a charter subscriber to THE CHRONICLE OF CAMPUS CONDUCT now for the low price of $229.99 per year for an individual subscription.

An institutional subscription is $299.99. With the institutional subscription option, you are welcome to add as many staff and students from your institution to our e-mail distribution list as you want. Add ten, and CCC will only cost you $29.99 per year, each.

Think of it as a weekly conduct training in your inbox — a small price to pay for staying at the cutting edge of trends and practice in our field. You know that advice from Brett Sokolow is practical, thought-provoking, and applicable to what you do everyday. Plus, CCC will also be bringing you articles from well-known and highly respected contributing editors, including Linda Rowe, Saunie Schuster, Esq., Christopher Schmidt, Mary Louise Antieau, Malcolm Smith, H. David Shaw, Karen Johnson, Andrew Luptak, W. Scott Lewis, JD, Daniel Kast, Daren Bakst, Esq. and others.

We invite you to subscribe to CCC today. A subscription form is available for download. Make sure to give us your e-mail address, and CCC will be appearing in your inbox before you know it.
