Title IX Compliance Audit Service Introduced. Your campus has been working diligently, as have all others, to ensure that you are in compliance with Title IX and the dictates of the April 2011 OCR Dear Colleague Letter (DCL). To be sure all of your policies, procedures, protocols and trainings are aligned with the full expectations of Title IX, NCHERM has originated the Title IX Compliance Audit Service. Depending on the size of your campus, your needs and how deep you want an audit to go, NCHERM offers audits in two-day, three-day and five-day varieties. Stakeholders are interviewed. Policies are assessed. A written report will detail areas of strength and weakness in all identified subject compliance areas, with suggestions for bringing your campus into full compliance. Perhaps an audit by NCHERM today will help your campus to avoid government investigations and/or Title IX lawsuits tomorrow? Contact Kate Halligan, NCHERM Director of Client Relationships, for more details.
