The NCHERM Group, LLC & ATIXA have designed an online, comprehensive training tool to inform employees about their duty to report sexual abuse, sexual misconduct and other behaviors that fall under Title IX. RETAINER PROGRAM UPDATE
The NCHERM Group’s retainer program continues to expand through strong renewals this year and the addition of new campuses that have retained The NCHERM Group as Special Counsel. This year, The NCHERM Group welcomes Purdue University, St. Mary’s University (TX), The University of Redlands, Whitman College, six campuses of the Concordia University System, Lander University, Texas Woman’s University and the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine which join more than 30 campuses already represented by The NCHERM Group in what is one of the largest higher-education specific law practices in the country.
